Step One.
Click Tools then Email Accounts.

Step Two.
Choose POP3 for the fastest way to download your mail.
On a small PC? Not a lot of extra storage? IMAP will store your mail on the server*

*Please note storing your mail on server will be taken from your allotment of website storage so if you are storing 40mb of mail your online quota will go down 40mb.

Step Three
1.
Name and Email - This is where you put in your personal name and the email address you are attempting to setup for instance (sales@mydomain.com).

2. Mail Servers - If your domain is "mydomain.com" you would need to put in for both 'mail.mydomain.com' in this spot to download the mail from our servers.

3. Username and Password -  Your username is your email address, so if your email is info@mydomain.com then your username is info@mydomain.com and your password is the address you have chosen for the particular account

4. More Settings -  This will take you to the next step where you will configure SMTP Authentication. This is our sure fire way to avoid spam.

Step Four.
Once you have clicked the Outgoing Server tab you will see this dialog, please ensure that:

"My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication"

Has been checked and your settings look similar to this. It will allow you to send mail through our network instead of relying on your local ISP.
