REFUND POLICY
Upon arrival at ClicktoJam Shopping Outlet
Mall and Hosting Service all returned online items only are
inspected. "We will like to make a note that this refund policy is
only for ClicktoJam items from the Website and not the merchandise
from the outlet mall". You will be refunded to the full cost of the
merchandise, but not the shipping charges & service fees. If the
return is not a result of our error* and your item is
returned unopened within 30 days of delivery* we will refund
the full cost of the merchandise. If the item has been opened or
shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or
charges of both original shipping and return fees. Expect to
receive the refund within four weeks from your return to
ClicktoJam. This includes conservative estimates of the time
required for the return items, inspection at our returns facility,
and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify
you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your
refund via the from of payment that you used.
Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and
incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. When we
receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a
replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be
defective.
International Return Policy & Return an
Item:
You can return most new and unopened items within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused
condition and contain all original materials included with the
shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial
refund if opened or used. Customers will be responsible for all
return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error, the
full cost of the merchandise will be refunded. For most items
returned after 30 days, ClicktoJam will grant a credit of up to 80%
of the item's value. We will issue a partial refund of up to 70% if
returned items have been opened, used, or returned late.
Returned after 30 days
We grant refunds of up to 80% of the item's value that is
returned after 30 days. We will deduct the original and return
shipping charges from your refund as described in the returns policy
at the top of the page. If we send you a replacement item, we must
receive the the original item in the ClicktoJam company within 30
days from the date you initiated the return, or your account will be
charged full price for the replacement item.
